Join us for #DoingThings in the Park - our weekly summer series in partnership with the 12 South Farmers Market.
This week, our friends from Mayweather Boxing will lead us in a 45 minute endorphin boosting workout. Mayweather Boxing + Fitness is a coach led class where you learn the fight-winning combos from Floyd's 50 - 0 experience. They incorporate total fitness elements, from agility, coordination, endurance to strength-focused exercises.
