Virtual Yoga with Georgie Holt
Georgie will guide us through a practice that oscillates between challenging the habits that you are comfortable with, the ones that simply aren’t working, while also facilitating a space where you see the joy that comes from welcoming a calmer state. We'll explore stillness, breath, intuition and how you can move slowly, producing less cortisol and all building a strong resilient body that stays with you as you age.
