Join us for a 40 minute yoga session with the instructors, Carla Jian.
Carla Jian is a Chicago based yoga and fitness instructor, mediation teacher, mama of 2 and community builder for like-minded souls with thoughtful connection through in-person sessions and social media. Carla integrates wellness into everything from her yoga mat to her marriage.
Carla will lead us through a power vinyasa flow that focused on improving strength, stamina, and flexibility. This is all-levels, full body mindfulness practice incorporates synchronized breath-initiated postures followed by a short restorative guided meditation.
