Join Castle Hill Fitness instructor, Hilary Chung for a 45-minute total body workout right from your living room. Sign up in advance as space is limited to 100. For the best experience, we suggest having a set of hand weights (or creative prop swap) and a mat.

Have a strong internet connection, computer video capability, and space to get moving!

A Spotify playlist will be provided to accompany your workout (but you’ll need to play it on a separate device). 15-30 minutes prior to class a link will sent to your email.
