Virtual Cardio + Core with Form Boxing's McKayla Taaffe
Never thrown a punch? Queen of combos? We're teaming up with OV Doer, McKayla Taaffe , from Form Boxing for a class that is perfect for all skill and fitness levels. While we won't be punching any bags, we will be weaving boxing basics into 35 minutes of speed drills to boost reaction time, heart strengthening HIIT circuits, and a core building finisher.
All you need is a little space to move, a water bottle, and a can-do attitude.
