Join us for a mid-day endorphin boost with our friends at Pure Barre!
The class will be made up of a thoughtful series of small, controlled movements that isolate and target specific muscle groups using your own body weight. Optional equipment includes any kind of mat (yoga, towel, etc), and light hand weights (2-3lbs) or water bottles to use as weights. All levels welcome!
