Virtual Meditation with Doer Cynthia Lorena

Join Team OV and Doer Cynthia Lorena for a virtual 30-minute guided meditation set up in a restorative, laying position. This meditation will give you the tools to learn how to lean into the present moment and meet yourself compassionately, right where you are. Meditation is the practice of learning to let go, breathe, and live in the now. This practice will give you tools you can apply to your daily life to manage anxiety and reduce stress to access peace from within.
Please have 3 standard sized pillows (or a yoga bolster and 1 pillow), 2 blankets, and a hand towel available for the session.
