Join us for OV Fitness - a 45 minute HIIT, boxing, or bootcamp workout - every Thursday during September!
Get ready for 45 minutes of high intensity intervals, core conditioning, and strength work with Bonded by the Burn!
We are a full-body strength program, rooted in core work and layered with cardio. We fuse together slow-controlled strength exercises (using resistance bands and gliding discs) with high-intensity intervals to deliver an intense, inspiring and innovative full-body workout.
