Endorphin Hour with GRIT by Brit

We believe Doing Things is better together! For the first two weeks of February, all of our instructors are inviting a friend to teach class with them - and we encourage you to invite a friend to join!

This week we're partnering with Brit Rettig - founder of GRIT Fitness in Dallas, TX! Brit and her husband will lead you through a workout that combines strength training to build lean muscle mass with fun, rhythmic cardiovascular intervals for a total body sweat.
