CitySweat's Dance Cardio class is a party! This high energy class challenges all dance and fitness levels/abilities and serves as a celebration rather than a workout. Our instructor, Meghan, blends her background as a professional dancer along with her extensive training in low-impact fitness methods to bring you a 30 minute sweat.
