Join us for a guided meditation, led by Linda Thach - a longtime practitioner of yoga and meditation.
Linda's class will be focused around a meditative practice to cultivate peace within yourself, in order to expand peace in the world.
Post class, we will have snacks by Current Foods to help nourish your body.
Current Foods is the new school of fish: plant based, sushi grade, ready to eat seafood.
Each attendee will receive a special tote, in collaboration with Current Foods!
