Head on over to the 12 South Farmers Market for an endorphin-boosting class with our good friends at Barre3 Nashville. 

Ann-Elise Wall will lead us in a 45 minute full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness.

The class is designed to help you increase strength, reduce stress, improve balance, and build a mind-body connection. Barre3 isn’t just about strengthening and balancing your body; it’s about the empowerment you carry with you the rest of the day.

As always, all skill levels are welcomed.
