Join us for #DoingThings in the Park - our weekly summer series in partnership with the 12 South Farmers Market. 

This month, our friends from Barre3 Nashville will lead us in a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness.

The class is designed to help you increase strength, reduce stress, improve balance, and build a mind-body connection.
