#DoingThings In The Park
Join us for #DoingThings in the Park - our weekly summer series in partnership with the 12 South Farmers Market.
This week, our friend Zaidee Shae will lead us in a 45 minute endorphin boosting workout. Zaidee leads a low impact, upbeat, and fun barre/yoga fusion. Expect a bumping playlist, lots of sweat, followed by a blissful yoga nap, aka, Savasana.
Students are always encouraged to rest, accommodate, and listen to their bodies. This is functional fitness fun for everyone, regardless of experience or ability. All levels welcome!
