Join us in the NorthPark courtyard for a 45 minute heart-pumping, endorphin-boosting Zumba class led by our OV Doer, @fitwithmartha from @socialjoy . This exercise is created around highly motivating music and fun, easy-to-follow choreography that appeals to newbies and experienced students alike. Once the music takes over, you’ll see why it’s known as ‘exercise in disguise.’
All you need is water and positive vibes! After you finish moving and grooving, join us in shop for refreshments from Poppi and a fun OV giveaway! It might just be our new exercise dress 2.0!
