Endorphin Hour with Dianna

Join us for a 45 minute HIIT and strength workout led by Boston Fitness Pro, Track Coach, and PE/Health Teacher, Diana Katsikaris.

Diana will lead the squad in a workout that challenges mind, body and muscle connection, targeting strength, cardio and endurance work. In honor of Mental Health Month, we'll wrap things up with a discussion about the importance on mental health.

Expect to leave with shaky muscles, an elevated heart rate
and a refreshed mind!  

All levels welcome! All you need is your sneakers and a positive mind!
