Join Team OV for Endorphin Hour: HIIT & Bands with Diana! Diana will lead us in a bodyweight and mini bands circuit class. Expect to tone and sweat through cardio and strength training movements.

Diana is a Boston fitness instructor who has been teaching in the fitness industry for over four years. Diana teaches traditional btone FITNESS customized reformer classes as well as Indo Water ROW and HIIT classes at btone FITNESS Wellesley. She also coaches at the Equinox Precision Run Lab. Diana is certified in barre and yoga.
