Join us for a fun cardio workout led by Tyla Vercollone from PoundFit.

PoundFit is a “rock-out workout” utilizing drumsticks to really get into the music and pound to the beat. Tyla has been a PoundPro in the Boston area since 2018 and loves sharing this unique workout that’ll make you feel like you’re at a rock concert, all while getting in a great sweat!

Bring your water bottle, a towel and a can-do attitude. Let’s rock!
