Hey, hi, hello!

Join OV Doer, Kate Waitzkin, for a meditation series at MAUFRAIS.

We’ll flow through a thoughtfully-sequenced vinyasa practice and guided meditation designed to inspire, center and restore. Contemplation, intention and breathwork will be woven throughout your movement with care and prepare us for a deep rest at the close of practice.
