Join us for #DoingThings in the Park – our weekly summer sweat series in partnership with Republic Square.
This month, we are partnering with Mōtiv Fitness to offer two class types throughout the month of June.
On 6/3 and 6/17, we’ll get the endorphins pumping with Mōtiv Barre, a 45-minutes dynamic total body workout for optimal strength and functional mobility.
On 6/10 and 6/24 we’ll be putting on our dancing shoes for some Dance Cardio, a 45-minute strength infused dance cardio workout.
